Change are a normal part of life and we see it everywhere: in our work, families, friendships, and communities. As common as change is, it doesn’t always mean it’s easy. In fact, it can be stressful and overwhelming. Fortunately, you are resilient and can adapt to change. This course will discuss important skills for coping with change and maintaining good mental health during transitions.
