One in Five (1in5) Anti-Stigma Campaign

According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), approximately one in five Americans suffers from a mental health disorder every year. For too many, a combination of stigma and lack of accessible care leaves people feeling like they don’t have anywhere to turn for help.

SupportLinc’s One in Five Campaign focuses on normalizing the need for mental health resources and removing the stigma for those who want to access care. It offers a variety of tools, including the Start the Conversation flash course and discussion guide, to make talking about mental health easier and more comfortable.
